How to grow: Sweet peas can be started in the fall & overwintered in milder climates, they can withstand a very light frost. All other areas should start in spring, sow seeds 10 to 12 weeks before the last frost and plant out around the last frost. Sweet peas require a strong trellis on which to climb. As they grow tie them in so they are secure, pinch back faded blooms to keep these fragrant flowers coming all spring.
